RETURN OF CHANGES
For changes in any product from the customer, contact our company at the phone: 6971690033 and within 14 calendar days from the receipt of the product.

The return charge is free. Returns will only be accepted when the product is in its original form (the box must be intact, bear the product labels, as well as the proof of purchase).
The resending of the product costs 4 € for Athens and the customer is charged. The return process will be done only with the same courier with which the product is sent for the first time.
If there is a price difference on the second product you chose in relation to the one you bought the first time, this amount will be paid either by deposit in our account or by cash on delivery or by credit.
In any case, first the product will be returned by the customer within 14 days and then the shoe will be sent to the company for replacement.

DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS / WRONG SHIPMENTS

In case of a defective product or the wrong shipment, contact our Company at 6971690033 for its replacement. Our Company will replace the product if the conditions of the law are met and the present terms of the Company are observed. In this case the resending is not charged to the customer and in case of product return if the consumer explicitly wishes to be replaced he will receive by e-mail a discount coupon code of equal value for the purchase of another product (s), with which he can make a new order or simply replace the returned product.
