The products you ordered are sent to the address you have specified for us, through the courier company “Speedex”.

Shipping / Delivery time

The goal of the online store hugbeauty.gr is to provide the highest quality and branded products on the market, at the lowest prices and with the fastest delivery times.

The delivery time of orders within Greece depends on the courier company and is usually 1-3 working days.

Orders are processed daily except weekends, holidays and strikes. Your order – if the product is available – is executed as soon as you complete it and the estimated delivery is 1-3 working days for Greece. The above delivery time does not apply in periods of force majeure, such as e.g. difficult weather conditions, strikes, etc. In case the product is not immediately available, we will inform you in time about the estimated delivery.

Shipping products over 100€ is FREE.

Shipping for products under 100€ is charged as follows:

• In Attica up to 2kg the cost is 6 €. For each additional kilo the cost is € 2.25. (Delivery time 1 working day)
• To Land Greece up to 2kg the cost is 12 €. For each additional kilo the cost is 3 €. (Delivery time 1-2 working days)
• To Island Greece up to 2kg the cost is € 12.5. For each additional kilo the cost is € 4.25. (Delivery time 1-3 working days)

COD is charged with € 4.5

All orders within Greece are sent with the cooperating courier company “Speedex” to the address of your choice.
